You may exchange (return) a quality product if it has not been used, the packaging is undamaged, the appearance of the product is unaltered, the consumer characteristics are not violated, and all accessories are included.

We cannot accept the item back if:

• Since the purchase of the item without significant defects has exceeded 14 days;
• The item without significant defects is not new, meaning it has been used;
