Product Return Policy
If necessary, you can return or exchange the purchased goods in accordance with the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights (Law No. 3161-IV “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, adopted on 01.12.2005).
- Refund Deadlines:
- Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of order.
- Item condition:
- Item must be in its original packaging and unused.
- Return Procedure:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department by phone or email.
- Include your order number, a description of the reason for the return, and attach photos if necessary.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and may take up to 30 days.
You may exchange (return) a quality product if it has not been used, the packaging is undamaged, the appearance of the product is unaltered, the consumer characteristics are not violated, and all accessories are included.
We cannot accept the item back if:
- Since the purchase of the item without significant defects has exceeded 14 days;
- The item without significant defects is not new, meaning it has been used;
- During the quality inspection of the item, signs of tampering (opening, attempted repair) or other warranty conditions have been violated.
